Directly on Berlin's doorstep lies the capital of the state of Brandenburg, Potsdam. For an excursion to Potsdam, you should plan between 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Our bus will pick you up at your accommodation and take you across Glienicker Bridge and through the suburbs of Berlin to Potsdam's city centre. There you will see the Nicolaikirche, the Royal Stables, the Old City Hall, Havel bridge, the Dutch Quarter, (Potsdam's) Brandenburg Gate, Nauen and Jäger Gates, the Russian Colony Alexandrowka, Cecilienhof Palace, Marble Palace, former KGB-Headquartiers, New Palace and, of course, Sanssouci Palace and Park. Certainly you will want to stop and visit the palace.
This is only possible in groups. If you are interested in booking a tour to Potsdam, we will purchase your group tickets at the time you would like, so that you don't have wait to visit the palace.
The tour lasts roughly one hour. Afterwards we suggest taking a coffee break at Brandenburg Gate, Cecilienhof Palace or the Dutch Quarter. Then it's back to Berlin. Weather permitting, you could
enjoy a boat ride on the Havel river. Our bus will be waiting for you at the dock at Wannsee and will take you back to your accommodation from there.
